[BUG] Migrating Legacy Project "in-place" does not update project legacy status #411

Describe the bug

If we migrate Legacy Projects "in-place", even though migration is completed, VCC still shows the project is Legacy. Even though VCC is reopened, this will be not updated.

When open the project, Legacy status is updated to non-Legacy.

This is really confusing.

To Reproduce

  1. Open VCC
  2. Do "Add Existing Project" and add Legacy project
  3. Click "Upgrade SDK"
  4. Migrate "in-place" non-VCC to VCC
  5. Even though migrate finished(Log said so), project is still detected as legacy project
  6. Open this project, it will be detected as VCC project

Expected behavior

Correctly update project Legacy status.
