If you have multiple Unity 2022 projects open, the VCC seems to lose track of which is which. This shows up as several different circumstances (See repro steps below)
To Reproduce
Open a Unity 2022 project
Open a different Unity 2022 project.
Close the first Unity 2022 project.
The VCC displays both projects as being open.
This causes major issues with the migration process:
Open a Unity 2022 project.
Go to a different Unity 2019 project and attempt to migrate it to 2022.
The migration process gets stuck right when it should be opening the newly migrated project in Unity 2022. Presumably because the VCC confuses it with the other 2022 project that is already open.
Expected behavior
The VCC should be able to differentiate between open Unity 2022 projects, and subsequently should not get stuck attempting to migrate projects when an unrelated Unity 2022 editor is already open.
