[BUG] Creator Companion won't open a project on first try #453

Describe the bug

Often when I reboot PC, start Creator Companion and try to open a project, CC will display that it's opening the project but the project is actually not opening. After a while when CC timeouted on opening the project, I can open the project just fine. This won't happen if I start Unity Hub before trying to open a project from CC.

To Reproduce

  1. reboot PC
  2. start Creator Companion
  3. click Open Project button

Expected behavior

After clicking the Open Project button, CC should open editor with project.

With task manager I noticed that when opening a project successfully from CC, CC will launch Unity Hub. But when the issue happens, Unity Hub is not launched when opening a project from CC.
