Can you open your VCC and go to the Settings tab, and click on "settings.json", in the opened folder - click on "Repos" and delete any .json file that isn't vrc-official.json, vrc-curated.json, and package-cache.json with VCC closed, e.g. like on the screenshot below
The VCC should no longer complain about it. You can also try using the latest beta release which doesn't have that whole repo sync logic anymore (as it is no longer needed). You can download the beta here
everytime i try and reinstall unity or delete the settings.json my creator companion still doesnt work my friends told me to try uninstalling it and i have and tried reinstalling it but it still gives me the same errors please help me i dont want to keep relyin on my friends for avatar uploads especially when my creator companion was fine before the newest update
