When migrating a project from 2019 to 2022 etc. the Abort button at the bottom of the migration screen says "Aborting..." instead of "Abort" even though it has not been clicked. Likely a localization-related bug (using the wrong string).
To Reproduce
Create a new project in 2019
Migrate it to 2022
During migration, observe that the Abort button is mislabeled.
Expected behavior
Abort button should say "Abort" until clicked, at which point it should change to "Aborting..."
