[BUG] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. #507

Describe the bug

After booting the computer, I tried to turn on VCC, but it crashed and gave me an error.

To Reproduce

  1. boot up your computer
  2. run VCC
  3. crash

Expected behavior

Running normally

Additional context

Rebooting in this state sometimes results in VCC running normally. This has been happening for a while. Currently, I run my projects with Unity Hub if I don't need to do project management.
