[BUG] VCC does not occupy the entire display when in fullscreen #509

Describe the bug

When VCC is in fullscreen, background applications are visible near the edges.

In the attached screenshot, Discord is visible behind VCC, and VCC is in fullscreen.

To Reproduce

  1. Open VCC
  2. Fullscreen VCC

Expected behavior

The VCC Window occupies the entire screen
