[BUG] VCC is stuck on white screen #543

Describe the bug

My antivirus has blocked VCC and I unblocked it but now VCC is not opening properly and opening on a white screen. I have reinstalled VCC, whitelisted VCC in my antivirus, and restarted my PC multiple times. I have no clue why this is happening.

To Reproduce

  1. Get an antivirus to block VCC
  2. open VCC after unblocking it
  3. get white screen

Expected behavior

I expected my VCC to work fine after I unblocked it, I have Microsoft edge installed so Ik its not that.

the logs if anyone needs them, I have tried this link http://localhost:5476/ and it works but I can't add repositories. I have also tried repairing Microsoft edge but it didn't do anything. I have tried ALCOM too, it just opens for a second then closes itself and refuses to open after. I have tried clearing appdata/local and got the same result of a white screen, same with the settings.json. I can't open dev tools with F12 or ctrl+shift+i either, nothing shows up or happens when I try. I have tried installing creator companion on a different storage drive but still nothing.
