Add UI to Regenerate Config #57

*What's the idea?** The configuration is only created once on startup. If I've added parameters to my avatar since then, I'd like to easily regenerate the config to add them.

Is there another way? I can delete the config file from disk by hand.

Fixed in next release! New 'Reset Config' option in the OSC Action Menu.
