Added Avatars 3.0 Manager 2.0.24 #13

This version adds official support to the 3.3.x family of sdk versions (specifically support for avatar sdk >=3.2.0 < 3.4.0).

There were no breaking changes for us with the 3.3.0 update, so the only real change here is the dependency support in the package.json

I'll add support for sdk 3.4.0 on 2.0.25.

If you can wait a couple of hours i can add it in this pr in a few hours

Other collaborators want to wait to test on 3.4.0 before allowing a new version, so for now you can merge this as it is, and we'll make another pr when the time comes @momo-the-monster
