Move "Search Active Users" to Archive #75

/users/active has been locked down, needs to be archived.

Do you need the link in UserList related to /users/active commented out?

Sorry, this has been fixed in #77

The problem is that they have locked down this specific endpoint, so only administrators can use it. The normal /users search is still possible though.

They probably locked this down if it was possible to search for a person's active status even if you weren't friend with them. That, or it was removed and it simply is throwing "Invaild Admin Credentials" because idk. But either way it shouldn't be in the main sidebar at the top anymore.
