[Feature Request] QRCode analyzing in pictures #729

Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for. In places like Vket and avatar museum and poster systems, there are QRCodes that link back to the store. Without the necessary tools built in, QR-Codes are relatively useless.

I've built a project with the necessary tools to scan images in vrchat and places the QRCode in the link the clipboard, however I feel like others might like the idea about collecting the URLs and matching it to the picture.

I'm aware that a feature that I made with VRCPictureToClipboard was included in the December update, but I would also like have this included as well. While, I personally don't use VRCX, but I know it's a tool that others have been accustom to using!

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.

I imagine that when the photo is taken that a list of "scanned QR codes can be listed in a table or in a note section of the image it's attached to. Possibly in a table if needed.

Explain why people would want to use it.

As previously stated before, this just enhances the ability of VRCX while also bringing the world, avatar, and tool creators the ability to promote themselves and their projects.

I recommend you use something like VRhands Frame this is simply a request out of the scope of this application and it's code base is already under a major rewrite as is.
