Toolbar icon needs to be updated to firefox 4+ add-on bar #1

While it works verbatim it doesn't take advantage of some of the features the new add-bar supports like rearranging icons. See http://mike.kaply.com/2011/01/25/the-firefox-4-add-on-bar-for-developers/ for info on how to convert it.
