I'm running Permit Cookies 2 ver. 2.0 flawlessly here on Firefox 43.0.4 x64/Windows 7 x64.
I understand the developer wishes a non-bloated add-on and that aim is fulfilled. Nevertheless a suggestion which doesn't carry on the architecture of the add-on but only on a simple and easy to perform addition to the add-on's popup:
I believe it would be handy to include two buttons (in the popup), one for "Show cookies" and one for "Exceptions" otherwise accessible via Firefox's Options/Privacy window or tab. Both "Show cookies" and "Exceptions" are accessible independently (their own windows, so to say) because dedicated add-ons perform just that. Would be nice to have them included, IMO. Two lines of code, perhaps.

Thanks for the add-on which runs perfectly well.
