Cookbook up for adoption #38

This cookbook is up for adoption. We moved on from using the Oracle JDK after they began requiring sign-in for downloading LTS versions and I am no longer maintaining it.

Just changed the download location and updated hash codes with checksum and tried on my test node and it installed fine

Just in case you would like to update it on this forum please feel free. No login was required when I tried to download the tar file.
