Problem A bugfix DropwizardBugfixAgent.java was implemented to fix the problems with Dropwizard. But as soon as bug was fixed in newer version of Dropwizard 3.2.1, bugfix should be removed and Dropwizard version updated.

Acceptance criteria

Dropwizard is updated to 3.2.1+
Unnecessary bugfix is removed
