Problem
Security Server diagnostic page is filled with the error text if the diagnostics link is pressed several times in a row.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Open the Security Server UI
In the menu on left side of page, click 'Diagnostics' -link several times
=> If the new click is happening during the initialization of (previous) page opening, error text is generated to the page. See below picture illustrating error text.
Acceptance criteria
No error situation happening or error text shown even the diagnostics link is pressed several times in a row
