As a Product Owner I want that the source code & package of Autologin component is available in X-Road repository so that administration personnel of Security Server can manually take Autologin functionality in use

Problem Autologin is a service which automatically enters the PIN code after xroad-signer has started. It makes easier to "remember" entering of PIN after Security Server reboot and this way help to prevent unintentional service breaks.

Note that there may be some restrictions in some environments who and how PIN can be entered and that's why Autologin service must not be a part of automatic installation of Security Server but it must be manually installed by the Security Server admin.

Acceptance criteria

• Source codes of Autologin component are available in https://github.com/ria-ee/X-Road
• Ubuntu and RHEL7 packages of Autologin are available in public package repository
• Documentation (users guide) of Autologin service is available in https://github.com/ria-ee/X-Road/blob/develop/doc/README.md
