Bug: Some central server UI tabs are not correctly positioned

Problem Position of some UI tabs is wrong, position should be "center" but it is currently "left", meaning that tabs are positioned to left side of the page when they should be positioned to center of the page. Position has been changed due to previously made styling changes in UI related code.

Following UI views are containing incorrectly positioned tabs:

• member details
• security server details
• global groups / group member search
• certification service CA details
• intermediate CA details
• global configuration

Note that the above problem is only visual and not affecting any functionality of UI. See below screenshots illustrating the incorrect position of UI tabs.

Acceptance criteria

• Central server UI tabs are correctly positioned
