Create a new document named as 'X-Road Technologies' and move the above technology matrixes to this new document (and after that remove technology matrixes from original documents). Include the new document to https://github.com/ria-ee/X-Road/blob/develop/doc/README.md and add it to under section 'Architecture'.

Make a reference (=link) also to main GitHub page (https://github.com/ria-ee/X-Road) under section 'X-Road technical documentation'. Name the reference link here as 'Technologies used in X-Road'.

Acceptance criteria

• Technology matrixes are moved from architecture documents to a dedicated document
• X-Road GitHub site is updated as mentioned above
