Problem
The X-Road Java coding style is defined to a some degree by the checkstyle rules included in the repository. New proposal for how Java code style should be followed, is introduced. For more information see:

Update NFR 3.2.1 to obey the new proposal.
Fix the X-Road checkstyle settings and take it in use.
(Note that there are already issue for Java Impor order changes: #183 )

NFR 3.2.1 is updated
Checkstyle is fixed to follow Java Code Style recommendations
