As Security Server admin and X-road member i need review about timestamping and OCSP count records

Problem Need to have human readable information about usage of time stamping and OCSP service. Time period for count need to be added by user.

Acceptance criteria I.E Monthly summary:

• total time stamping (time stamping count + total timestamped messages count)
• total OCSP- count
• OCSP need to be counted by AUTH and SIGN type
• need to know how many OCSP request from CA security server did actually

Review and time period management, could be presented in security server "Diagnostic" menu

All the issues from the Joint Development backlog are transferred to new X-Road backlog. Before enhancement requests are accepted to the backlog they are evaluated by the Working Group.
