Small fixes and textual improvements (English) #416

Reading the specification, I noticed some small mistakes and parts that didn't read naturally. This PR addresses some of these. Please see the individual commits. In short:

I tried to keep the changes to the text minimal. The structure and meaning are the same. Only the wording has been changed, so that it flows a bit better.

  • Fixed incorrect links (README.md and README.ja.md)
  • Fix capitalization vrm -> VRM (humanoid.md and humanoid.ja.md)
  • Removed a double space (README.md and README.ja.md)

The English look much better!, confirmed the meaning is unchanged.
