R4 clone, latest build, DLDI patched (otherwhise it wont show files). Cart is a chinese bootleg with save battery

Whenever I select a rom file, instead of flñashing it onto the slot-2 cart, it launches the rom already in the gba cartridge.

The same happened to me, I updated to the latest version but it shows a different error since
