Provider for DNR TV #2

Didn't really know how to submit new providers.
I just banged one together for DNRTV (Dot Net Rocks TV) really quick based on 
the channel nine provider.

It's not tested that much and there are no thumbnails but it does work

Hopefully someone finds it useful
