Thank you for asking me! Following your screenshot, it looks like the note has been saved into the database with encryption, but restored to the storage as plain. Could you please check the E2EE configuration?
Supplementary information: We have been probably able to restore the file with unexpected modification by using Back to this revision

pane. might help us. This operation forces all other devices to be disconnected. If we have fully resolved the broken file (or given up and decided to discard it), we can unlock the database or fetch all from the remote again.
Abstract
All my files in the folder which had the "Replication error" happened are got modified, like the following picture...
I'm lucky to have backups to restore, otherwise I can't image how large the damage will be, caused by using this plugin...
