Instructions incomplete #353

I;m probably just being thick but the installation instructions say to install couchdb and hook up the reverse proxy and then stop.

Clearly that is not going to enable any syncing on its own.

I assume the next step is "install the obsidian client plugin on your obsidian client - server/port etc? Worth adding I think,

Thank you for opening the issue! There are many outdated docs, so I am convinced that what you pointing out is on the right. Would you mind if I ask you which document have you read?
