Integration with TagWrangler is inconsistent #53

I've actually implemented both in my workflow and they are actually complementary, I use Wrangles or traversal, and Folder for search. There's this input inconsistency though that's ruining the experience: TagWrangler has a feature called Tag Page which makes alt-clicking on a tag open a specially dedicated note for it. However, the "Search tags inside TagFolder when clicking tags." interferes with the alt-click on certain occasions. It would be great if the alt-click would be reserved for Wrangler.

Thank you for using this plugin and for your request! This has been applied on v0.15.13, but perhaps TagWrangler also needs some work. It looks like something getting weird due to the loading order of plugins.
