FR:When you Ctrl+click on a file, it should open in a new tab, not in a new pane. #81

I noticed an inconsistency between the behavior of tag folders and default files. Currently, when you ctrl+click a link in a note or file, it opens a new tab. However, in tagfolder, it opens a new pane. I suggest making this behavior consistent throughout by changing it to open a new tab in tagfolder as well.

I thought that the behaviour you mentioned was more natural! Fixed at v0.17.0. Would you mind if I ask you to check the behaviour, please?
