DragMouse is not working #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Testing dragmouse feature on notepad.
2. Not able to select the text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A piece of test has to be selected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pywinauto0-4-2

Please provide any additional information below.

Am working on automating a GUI application, where i want to drag mouse to 
select a window  .But its not working.Hence, I tried the same on a notepad 
application,which in turn failed.
