"linktags" block is missing #12

Most themes use the “linktags” block in layout.html, see http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/templating.html?highlight=linktags#blocks

I’m mainly interested in it because of the “next” and “previous” links, which let me navigate between pages with the keyboard.

Could you please also include this block?
