Option to keep patterns unique #77

It would be nice to have a toggleable mode to keep patterns unique when inputting notes. When this mode is enabled, inputting a note to a non-unique patterns makes a copy of it first.

This essentially allows treating the whole track as a one giant linear array of notes.
