Current row in table from T&C must be fixed if posssible #8

Jannis (Corr 14.4.2010):
If I have selected a definite row there and I just click there and change a 
value then the active row of the table should stay there and not spring to 
the beginning.

Reimplemented table binding. Sometimes problem disappear.

Now we have connection:
seleced simualtion -> row in T&C.
So this issue meaningless now.
