It was closed automatically because of the resolves keyword used in the PR, when the PR was merged.

@pavelToman We should look into how we can "link" a PR to an issue without the issue being closed when the PR is merged...

@pavelToman We should look into how we can "link" a PR to an issue without the issue being closed when the PR is merged...

It should close the issue only if all the linked PRs are merged - so the solution could be to link all the PRs to the issue

@boegel There is no archive for tarballs of PEcAn. We should make our own backups for these tarballs since PEcAn's license seems to allow that. https://github.com/PecanProject/pecan/blob/develop/LICENSE Tarballs to backup:
