missing Git tag for release 0.64.8 #588

it seems the release has been done from latest commit cc3a2f59ba6e532833f4805f8134b4dc966ff837 (or few before, given there are a few commit just about documentation) as I could rebuild and get the same output https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central/blob/master/content/com/vladsch/flexmark/flexmark-java/README.md

but having a Git tag would be better :)
