Custom protocol in source view do not open in handler application #787

When clicking (with CTRL being pressed) on non-standard protocolhandler links in the source view nothing happens.

E.g. in screenshots, all preview links are working, all http links are working (when pressing CTRL while clicking), but the custom protocol links highlighted in red do not work.
