build directory should be added to gitignore #791

Current size of the repo is over 1.5gb, most of which is the dist folder which doesn't contain any code. The rest of the repo is under 50 mb in size.

@sagartewari01, I am in the process of major cleanup of the code and will address this by deleting dist and maybe moving more recent releases from it to a separate repository.
