Markdown Navigator plugin not working with IDEA Ultimate 2020.2 #878

IDEA is a clean install on a new system. The plugin buttons are not visible at all, no errors displayed.

Can I get some help tracking down the issue please?

Works if I switch to version 3.0.202.105.Legacy

Also not working on WebStorm 2020.2

Not working. Will not show enhanced editor.
