Editing the Sample Layout file #15

Hello!

I have tried to edit the sample layout file and every time that I make any change to the file, I get the following error when I try to open and load the file into VSCO Keys 2.0:

This VSCO Keys layout is damaged.

I am using the example keymap and toolkitlistlr4 files to determine the appropriate inputs. What am I doing incorrectly?

hi @lauracoey , since the file is json, it is very sensitive to syntax errors, have you tried feeding it to jsonLint before importing?

Installing the Standard and Simple layouts from this link solved my problem. https://github.com/nsfmc/keys/tree/a63e9bbb4fa35ac74777dfc83cc1b52a72ea618b/Layout
