@itowlson as in the other PR, feel free to close it if you already working on a different solution.

@lstocchi There's a couple of other minor changes I want to land in Cluster Explorer 1.1, so what I'm going to do is merge this so it puts us back into sync with the HEAD of the extension, then do another PR updating this file with the later changes (once they are approved). Make sense?
