My terminal isn't working anymore

Before i updated this laptop i was able to run my c++ program directly in the terminal, now something strange in happening. On every program that i want to run it show me "program" would like to access files in your Documents folder. And beside that in terminal it is written that "Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it." Another thing that changed is the color of the brackets which is now yellow and it used to be white. I want to know what can i do to make it the way it was before.
