Possible implementation of (setf smart-slot-value) #30

Unless I'm missing something, there does not appear to be an implementation for (setf rutilsx.generic:smart-slot-value) anywhere, so here is a possibility.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, another implementation was available by the time of your submission, but it was pending addition to the repository.
