Add more new project templates #11

It is good idea to have more project templates. Currently we have new empty project, new blog, new app, new CMS.

Templates are in https://github.com/vsergeyev/django-visual/tree/master/django_visual/conf

They are regular Django projects snd use same mechanism as django-admin.

I think rather than full templates, wouldn't component templates work better? See my feature request about Visual UI editing, since this sort of relates.

Component templates definitely would be useful, it reminds me a components in Delphi.
