Loud ML datasource misses settings in Grafana > 7.0.1 #12

Due to recent refactoring of plugins on Grafana side, Loud ML datasource right now don't display config fields.

Reason: it is implemented in Angular (old style). Need to refactor to incorporate new Grafana 7 features.

Unknown
