Issue #8: Removed flowIdentifier and mediaIdentifer keys from the JSON.
Issue #9: Added comment to address GMID for non-2110 facilities.
Issue #10: SDID/DID optional like in RFC8331 SDP #10: Added comment to make SDID/DID optional.
Added "transport_parameters" to connection JSON to allow for passing implementation specific NMOS style settings (see README.md).
Ensured header file compiles without warnings or errors.
