Can Original Timebase vs. Flow Timebase be clarified in the text draft? #21

What is the relationship between Flow Timebase and Original Timebase? Is Original Timebase just an instance of one specific Flow Timebase for the flow entering the system? Why is the term Original Timebased defined? Can't all Original Timebase references be just replaced by Flow Timebase?

Flow Timebase is identified by GMID, Content Original Timestamp says that it is a sample of Original Timebase, but refers to GMID ➝ from this I assume that Original Timebase is just a Flow Timebase.

to capture the discussion in the meeting: the original timebase is like time labels (in the SMPTE 32NF sense) or you could look at it like another of the same class as the flow timebase - it is identified by a GMID, etc.
@Andy-Rayner please take a stab at better wording (apologies to @ARayner).
