Document doesn't fill printed page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have tried to print a page that I have annotated with Formulate pro
2. When I preview, the original pdf has very wide margins
3. I've  tried scaling up to 150% using PAGE SETUP but no effect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would  expect the page that I've  annotated to be full size - ie fill A4
sheet. I see VERY WIDE margins; I've  NOT wasted my money trying to print
when preview is unsatisfactory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
006; OS 10.4.11

I have this issue as well, with blank white space along the top and bottom, but 
running OS 10.6.4.  I have also tried scaling, different sizes, different pdf 
files, etc with no fix.

I am getting this too!  Check it out!!  When I try to print this file, it just 
crops it down to about %60 of its actual size.  Annoying!  Why won't my prints 
take up the whole screen?
