I ended up making this for fun (while learning about hashlink) and decided to contribute it here. This does not come from TextMate, which is why there is only a json file (which I did generate by using this tool that I made). In order for this mode to work, I also think that vshaxe/vshaxe will also have to be updated once this is added. I think I did everything correctly, but there's always a chance that I missed something.
