Not really an issue with the parser itself, but while running it over my haxelib folder I ran into this:

 Assertion failed
while parsing C:\HaxeToolkit\haxe\lib/checkstyle/git/.git/logs/refs/remotes/Gama11/import.hx

I had a branch called import.hx for checkstyle.
