We need quality assurance.

Adds tests for all (non-trivial) modules
Adds a PyUp badge on top of the README
Fixes Travis CI configuration file (merge issue that got unnoticed)
Adds bandit to the CI pipeline

I believe, the tests that should be there feature-wise are in place. It's just that not all of them are fully implemented (since the API with managers and adapters is tricky to mock away). It's a foundation though that we can build on.

In case we're happy to merge the changes "as is" I'll add a Development Status :: 4 - Beta to the trove classifiers in setup.py. To make sure we're reminded that there is room for improvement.
